Planning Monitoring and Evaluation Director

  •  Prepares the institution's planning and action plan, submits it for evaluation, approves it by including the input, and monitors its implementation.
  •  Monitors and evaluates the performance of the office's planning and budget, identifies problems seen in performance, proposes solutions, and works for its implementation when decided.
  •  Coordinates and directs the preparation of program budget, annual physical and budget planning, submits and approves inputs for discussion, and monitors its implementation.
  •  Coordinates requests for budget transfer and additional budget approval, and monitors its implementation.
  •  Plan execution reports will be prepared, the prepared report will be presented to the management bodies of the institution for discussion in consultation and evaluation forums, it will include important ideas, and the document will be approved and distributed.
  •  Coordinates and prepares problem-solving studies conducted by the institute and monitors their implementation.
  •  Generates project ideas, coordinates project ideas from others, identifies priorities for discussion, monitors their implementation;
  •  Prepares criteria for assessing the benefits of the institution's strategic, regular plans and projects, and presents the results to the manager.
