  • Collecting, organizing and dissemination of technological data and technological information within region.
  • Facilitating regional science and technology capacity building activates while aligning with national and international dynamics.
  • Providing technical support to patent, industrial design, trademark and copyright related request, organizing in regional database and distribution of intellectual property related information to be used for development. 
  • Create a favorable environment to partners, scientists, researchers, experts and diaspora community to participate in national and regional Digital transformation.
  • Providing technological and technical support plus working harmonically with partners in promoting and protecting indigenous knowledge. 
  • Ensure the effective distribution of financial, material, and technical assistance in the region to foster innovation and digitalization.
  • Establishing Science and technology cafes and clubs at primary school and youth recreational centers to promote innovation.
  • Establishing Science and technology parks, incubation centers to create optimum environment for startups.
  • Leverage knowledge to secure regional, national and international support and foster cooperation in science and technology.
  • Conducting regular awareness training for users and stakeholders about quality infrastructure and conformity assessment.
  • Monitoring and controlling Bio-hazardous radiation related work carried out by the institutes engaged in mineral exploration and mobile treatment centers.
  • Ensuring the quality and competitiveness of the services provided and the product produced in our region.
  • Identifying radiation generating equipment for medical treatment, to ensure service safety, quality and carrying out conformity assessment, inspection and accreditation work in every corner of the region.
  • making sure that the professionals who work with radiation-emitting devices have qualified educational states, ability/awareness to use the device's manual to identify the type and behavior of radiation generated from the device and to take care of themselves, society and the environment in an appropriate way.
