The Science and Technology Agency of the National Regional Government of Sidama has changed the digital transformation strategy document that is being implemented at the national level into a concrete mode in our region and is working with the relevant stakeholders to put it into operation at full capacity. This strategy focuses mainly on agriculture, manufacturing, mining, tourism, ICT and the creative industry as the priority sectors of the indigenous economic reform agenda. The sectors are expected to realize: 1. To create employment opportunities 2. To obtain foreign currency and 3. They are expected to ensure inclusive prosperity As the state government is paying great attention to this strategy in our state, it will be put into operation quickly and bring results as planned. Our institution believes that to make Digital Sidama 2025 a reality and to increase, encourage and achieve tangible results in science and innovation activities based on technology, our institution believes that working together is more important than anything else. In the next 10 years, our agency is providing various support, starting from consulting, so that the services provided in government institutions at any level are supported by ICT in the next 10 years.
