In this digital era, using technology is becoming not only a need but a necessity: it is becoming a basic need rather than an option. The contribution of science, technology and innovation to the social, political and economic inclusive prosperity journey of our country Ethiopia is great.

The origin and development of technology in any world are science, innovation and ideas from creative enrichment centers and the results from various research institutes in the field.In order to support creative ideas and research based on technology, our country Ethiopia has designed and approved the Science, Technology and Innovation Police to develop the sector.

In addition, a transformation strategy called Digital Ethiopia 2025 has been designed and implemented at the national level to boost the country's economy and realize structural transition.In this strategy, one of the sectors that have been identified and given attention to should bring about a change in the economic structure is the facilitation of modern service delivery supported by information communication.
